The growing oil and gas industry in the region is in need of increasing numbers of well-educated personnel, but educational opportunities in the offshore industry are, with the exception of Norway, lacking in the participating countries. This project addresses this need by establishing a network for training and education in oil, gas, safety and environment. Partners from Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland are in the project.
